The Signature Photo Moment Add-On features three staggered panels, personalized acrylic branding, coordinated uplighting and two statement feather-and-mask arrangements. It creates an additional focal point away from the throne-chair display, allowing more guests to take photographs while extending your event’s colors and branding throughout the venue.

This add-on must be reserved with an eligible Creole Luxe Throne Chair Package and cannot be booked at the discounted rate independently.

The photo-moment add-on may coordinate with the Throne Chair Luxe Package or use a complementary color combination selected by the client.

CUSTOM ACRYLIC SIGN

The “Your Logo Here” wording shown in promotional images will be replaced with your organization’s logo, event monogram, names or approved custom wording.

Clients must provide a high-resolution PNG, SVG, PDF or transparent-background logo file. One digital proof and up to two minor revisions are included.

The acrylic sign is a rental item and remains the property of Creole Luxe Studios unless the keepsake-sign upgrade is purchased.

DIGITAL DISPLAY UPGRADE

Replace the personalized acrylic sign with a 43-inch portrait digital welcome display for an additional $350.

The digital display can feature an animated welcome message, company logo, event monogram, sponsor presentation, photographs, videos, QR code or rotating branded content.

SPACE REQUIREMENTS

This additional installation requires approximately 14 feet of unobstructed width, 8 feet of depth, a nearby electrical outlet and at least 8.5 feet of ceiling clearance.

The Signature Photo Moment should be placed in a separate area from the primary throne-chair display so both installations remain accessible and visually complete.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Add-on price: $995
• Must be booked with an eligible Throne Chair Luxe Package
• Shared delivery and installation must occur at the same venue and during the same service window
• Separate delivery, a second venue or a different installation date will require the $1,195 standalone rate and additional delivery charges
• Additional rental time is $75 per hour
• Venue parking, loading, elevator and access fees may apply
• Outdoor installation requires prior surface, weather and safety approval
• Final branding files must be received by the stated design deadline
