RENTAL REFUND POLICY

Once the rental package agreement is finalized, the payment is non-refundable. If unforeseen circumstances occur and the renter is unable to fulfill the original agreement, a credit voucher of equal value will be issued for use on a later date of the renter's choice that is in alignment with the Owner’s operating dates and hours of availability.
