SHIPPING/RETURN POLICY

 Shipping is done by a 3rd party we are not responsible for any items damaged by the shipping company.  Chairs are inspected and shipped in A+ Condition from our warehouse. The shipper will attempt to call you before they drop off your chair. If they are unable to reach you they will leave it at the shipping address like a typical package. 

CREOLE LUXE LLC IS NOT A SHIPPING COMPANY if you cannot setup your own shipping we will help set it up but we are not responsible if chairs are damaged in transit.

HANDLING FEE IS $50 PER CHAIR THIS INCLUDES THE PALLET AND ALL THE PACKAGING AS WELL AS THE LOCAL FACILITY GETTING YOUR CHAIRS READY FOR SHIPPING. FOR CHAIR PACKAGING IF YOU WANT US TO DOUBLE WRAP THE CHAIRS LET US KNOW WE WILL DO IT FOR $25 PER CHAIR. 

 

We DO NOT accept returns ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the event a chair arrives damaged. You the Customer are responsible for communicating with the shipping company responsible for shipping your chair. 

 

Any cancellation before order shipment will receive 25% cancellation fee on total order. 

Want to save money ? Great setup your own Shipping you can save on each chair. 

Chairs are wrapped in Corrugated boxes and shrink wrapped for shipping. If you want your chair double packaged let us know when you place your order. The cost is $25 per chair. 

Financing is done by a 3rd party we do not have access to your finance information or payment history you will need to communicate with the finance company that you use directly.
